Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping:
    • 5–10 days (USPS Media Mail, domestic U.S.).
    • Free for orders $50+; $3.99 fee for orders under $50.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • 2–3 days (FedEx 2Day).
    • $15 flat fee, available at checkout.
  • Tracking: All orders include a tracking number via email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Ships to all 50 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • PO Boxes accepted for standard shipping (expedited may be unavailable).
  • No international shipping currently offered.

Address Changes

Request address changes within 12 hours of ordering. Changes after this period cannot be guaranteed.

Lost/Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery for a re-ship or refund.
  • Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error.
  • Use trackable shipping for returns; we are not liable for lost packages.
