MEETYEN LLC offers a 21-day refund window for unused, undamaged physical books purchased from meetyen.online. Returns submitted more than 21 days after delivery are ineligible for a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, your book must:
- Remain unread, unmarked, and in original condition (including shrink wrap, if applicable).
- Be returned in its original packaging with a valid order receipt.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Books with visible damage caused by the customer (e.g., writing, water stains, torn pages).
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds (up to 50% of the purchase price) may be granted for:
- Books with minor damage not caused by MEETYEN LLC (e.g., slight cover wear from shipping).
- Returns received 22–30 days after delivery, at our discretion.
- Submit a Request: Email kassa@meetyen.online within 21 days, including your order number and reason for return.

- Inspection & Approval: We will inspect returns within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If a book arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund (we cover shipping).
For high-value books, we recommend using tracked shipping or insurance. MEETYEN LLC is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
We only exchange books if they are defective (e.g., misbound, missing pages). Email kassa@meetyen.online to initiate an exchange, and include your order details.
- Marked as Gift: A store credit will be issued to the recipient once the return is processed.
- Not Marked as Gift: Refunds are issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
Books purchased at a promotional discount are final sale and ineligible for return.
